This is a great feature if you cannot watch the auction as it closes.ĬONDITION: All items sell in as-is condition, no warranties expressed or implied. The computer will continue to bid upto your max only if someone bids against you. You can type in $75 and the bid will move up to $25. Example: Current bid is $20 and asking for $25. MAX BIDS: You are able to type in any amount of above the current amount and the computer will bid on your behalf upto that amount. All lots are spaced 15 seconds apart so all items will close over a period of time. Lots can extend for quite some time if there is bidding at the end. This will continue until there are no bids placed inside the last the 2 minutes of the item. Any bids placed within the last 2 will reset the clock on that item to 2 minutes. STAGGERED CLOSING: Auction uses a soft close bidding feature to create a live auction atmosphere. You must pick up your winning items the day following the auction between 10:00AM-5:30PM, Items not picked up on Wednesday will incur a storage fee of $10 per day unless other arrangements are made. LOADING: Items are located at our Office/Building 5 miles west of Kearney on HWY 30. You are required to pay for your items even if you do not pick them up. This can be done before the auction anytime also.Īll sales are final. We can also email one to you and have you scan it back to us. If you are claiming an exemption from sales tax for Ag or Resale, please complete a Nebraska Form 13 unless the auction company has one on file. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be added to your invoice. The auction company is authorized to charge your credit card on file for payment at 5:30PM on the invoice due date in order to fulfill your payment obligations. All invoices need paid in full the day following the auction between 10:00-5:30PM to avoid a late payment fee of $25 per day. We also accept ACH payments (No Fee), contact us for directions. We will not accept credit card on invoices over $2,000. Credit card allowed under $2,000 with 3.0% additional fee. Auction company does not charge your card for your purchases unless requested or required for payment.īUYER PREMIUM: 10% Buyer Premium applies to all lots. This is used to verify your account and to keep fake bidders from bidding against you. Those are just 6' straight ramps that attach to the trailer so they don't "squirt" out when loading. My trailer sits low to the ground and has ramps that came with the trailer. Not sure if I'll ever need to use my RevArc ramps anymore but I'm holding on to them just in case. I now have a DiamondBack ATV carrier that comes with folding 12' arched ramps that attach to the ATV carrier. It also has a strap built in to make it easy to attach to my hitch so the ramp does not "squirt" out when loading. The RevArc ramps are nice as it is essentially one piece that folds open but stays attached and cannot separate. That said, my original straight 7' ramps were not the greatest but worked however I ended up buying a set of RevArc arched ramps and selling the straight ramps. But my truck is a 2011 F350 so it's design is part of the newer height being seen on modern trucks. My truck bed sits a bit high even though the height is OEM.
